With Studs or W/Out Studs?
Here is an example of what Studs are and what they look like on your bike. If you have Studded bags or a Studded Front seat then you will want to have Studs added to your order.

Remove the seat, install the new backrest, then put the seat back on. It will come with complete instructions and it will take less than
15 min to install.

A: As far as the grain. It is a perfect match! Every backrest
made, will match the bike it is designed for.
