1. Pack the unit in a well-padded sturdy carton.
2. Enclose a copy of your sales receipt to validate the date of purchase.
3. P&R Accessories will elect to repair or replace the product free of charge, including free return.

P&R Accessories warrants this product to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal conditions, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
P&R Accessories agrees to our option during warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish an equal product in exchange without charges, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof and the date of purchase.

Note: this warranty does not cover any product which has been subject to damage due to an act of god, misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, operation, or maintenance.
RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days, please let us know and we will not only refund your money, we will pay for the return shipping. If you order the wrong product that is not for your model, you will be responsible for all shipping cost and a re-stock fee of 25%. Refunds are only credited back to you after we receive the backrest and only if it has not been installed, used or modified in any way shape or form.
